She has overseen the performance and operational delivery of one of the largest affordable housing portfolios in the United States—80,000+ units nationwide—bringing deep expertise in building, stabilizing, and scaling complex organizations.
With a background that spans law, business, finance, compliance, asset management, and community development, Nina-Lee and her team bring a rare blend of strategic insight and hands-on operational execution.
